So what would I be doing you ask?

• Manage the recruitment process and manage candidate pipeline through the use of internal ATS software.
• Recruiting activities: posting job ads through tools such as CareerBuilder and Indeed, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, extending job offers and handling of onboarding paperwork.
• Finding new avenues for finding candidates and building pipelines to continue building the Fulfillment Center teams.
• With the rapid growth of Swap.com you will be focusing the majority of time sourcing candidates for Warehouse Associate roles, and as needed, Management positions, Marketing and Customer Service roles.
• Attending local hiring fairs at colleges, community centers, and other offsite locations

We are searching for a Recruiter for our Fulfillment Center in Bolingbrook, IL, where they will be assisting the existing recruiting team in the search, sourcing and interviewing of candidates for multiple roles throughout. At least 3 years of recruiting background is needed, preferably with experience in either a firm or corporate setting. The right candidate will have solid sourcing skills, knowledge of online recruiting tools, ATS, and able to work in a team focused startup environment.
