JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a capable individual willing to build a successful sales organization in order to provide needed and affordable products to Spanish speaking clients.  Here is what we provide:

Specific responsibilities for the Market Director include:

  • Work with divisional recruiters to identify potential Agent candidates.
  • Perform interviews and select candidates for field demos.
  • Work with Territory Managers to make final hiring decisions.
  • Field train and coach Territory Managers and Agents.
  • Analyze and manage performance of teams in assigned territories.
  • Provide feedback to improve the business model.
  • Collect and report market results on daily, weekly basis as instructed.
  • Motivate market team in monthly and bi-weekly meetings.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer service requests received at local Office.

Candidates with the following history on their track record will be given priority:

  • 2+ years Sales Management experience.
  • Experienced in the life / health insurance industry.
  • College Degree.
  • Ability to maintain productive and stable work relationships.
  • Progressive achievements in past positions.
  • Strong network within the local Hispanic community.
  • Community service orientation.
