PT Billing Administrator

Billing Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing invoices by gathering supporting documentation and sending the invoices by mail, fax and/or email
  • Follow up on invoices billed to customer electronically
  • Filing, answer phone calls and prepare reports

Qualifications:

  • Associate or college degree is a plus
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and a team player
