SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Working directly for the Vice President of Sales to coordinate all sales activities throughout the United States and Canada. Must be familiar with CRM systems and managing the database of prospects, customers and new lead distribution.

Working closely with the sales team, you should be highly organized and motivated. Accurate and inquisitive, this coordinator will be a problem-solver and will be responsible for data collection and organization. Supporting sales in researching prospects, developing leads and ultimately in writing presentation materials will also be integral to the position.


Required Credentials
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and advanced skills in Excel, including V/H LOOKUP, IF/OR/AND functionality, pivot tables, charting, and trend analysis.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive within an environment where change is constant, and the challenges are different each day.
