Due to recent continued growth in our Self Service Coin (SSC) segment we are in need of a Senior Accountant to handle all the accounting activities for that business.

Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Controller, this position will have the responsibility for managing the accounting and financial reporting for the Self Service Coin (SSC) segment of our business and four key business units.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure that all accounting and financial activity is properly recorded on a monthly basis
  • Interface with various departments within the company to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of all accounting-related data
  • Perform all necessary reconciliations
  • Prepare and publish monthly financial statements for management review
  • Interface with the IT department and the outside banks to improve and automate certain processes related to the SSC segment
  • Coordinate, review, and ensure timely filing of annual partnership tax returns for two business units.

 

Qualified candidates should have a solid base of general accounting experience and have

  • BS in Accounting
  • 5 or more years of experience in general accounting related positions
  • Solid skills with Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
