CRAssociates currently has a new, exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Occupational Medicine Registered Nurse RN to provide medical services at the Ford Plant in Chicago, IL! 

The primary responsibility of the Occupational Health Registered Nurse is to utilize nursing knowledge and judgment in providing direct occupational health services to patients under the direction of a licensed medical provider.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

* Provide nursing services, as required in the first-aid station

* Tend to any work related injuries that may occur

* Prepare injury reports and documentation in accordance with Ford policies  

* Respond to any health emergencies that take place

* Provide injury assessments and the associated reports

* Conduct testings of the workplace population (e.g. physicals, hearing, vision, ect.)

* Assist physicians with medical services

* Provide first aid training as needed  

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  

* Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience.

* Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Diploma from a Nursing Program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

* Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse.

* Occupational Medicine experience is strongly preferred.
