Patient Accounts Representative (Collector)

We currently have a full-time day position available in our Patients Accounts Department. In this position, you will be responsible for notifying patient and/or guarantor of delinquent accounts and make financial arrangements. Calling insurance companies on payment status. Compare reports and work aged accounts.

 

Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent.
• One year minimum insurance and self pay collection experience in the healthcare field preferred.
• Meditech and Cerner systems experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, excellent communication and customer service skills required.
