- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We are a 80 unit Senior Bldg age +55 years and older. Looking for a PART-TIME Maintenance Technician Mon-Fri. HVAC experience needed. Duties will include but is not limited to the daily work orders of performing electrical repairs on (appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets..) plumbing work(sinks, toilets..), Replacement of (tiles, fixtures, blinds, light bulbs, locks, etc.) as needed, Carpentry work (sitting doors, freeing windows, replacing shelves.) Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as well as the upkeep of the building's exterior & interior.
