Collectors

We are looking for motivated individuals!
Position is located in Deerfield, IL.

The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) seeks temporary Collectors for our Debt Management Department. Positions are located in Deerfield, Illinois. Collectors will be contacting defaulted borrowers to initiate prompt and adequate repayment of student loan obligations.

Our ideal candidates will have:

• Strong telephone communication and negotiation abilities
• Excellent verbal communication skill and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment

We offer:

• A professional, yet casual work environment
• $17.52 per hour plus incentive pay for goals met
