Lead Field Service Technician
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Installs, troubleshoots, and maintains security equipment.
- Interacts with customers on a daily basis.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- Requires 5+ years of field experience.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Ability to draw from prior experience and apply to new systems and concepts.
- Shared responsibility of on-call emergency service during weekends and holidays.
- Reports to general operations manager.
We are a small business, the job is fast paced and hectic at times. It requires independent judgment with minimal or no supervision.
