Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Agency (Chicago & Suburbs)

Seeking registered nurses (and LPN’S) for a long-established, home health agency.  We are seeking dependable providers who are available per diem, have flexible hours and a desire to work with home-bound patients in and around the Chicagoland area.

 Bi-lingual candidates are strongly urged to apply.  Infusion or wound certified nurse’s receive premium compensation.

Candidates require minimum 1 year home health experience.  All candidates require a professional demeanor and appearance, excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to follow all company policies relating to quality focused patient care. 

Responsibilities include:

*Execute the patient care delivery system

*Follow specific physician orders for patients

*Oasis C Charting knowledge

*Axxess computerized charting proficiency

 

The RN’s and LPN’s report to the Director of Nursing.  Salary is competitive and commensurate to qualifications and experience.  Extra consideration given to bi-lingual, specialty-trained and highly experienced individuals.
