WAREHOUSE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT LEAD

Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, overtime as needed

Principal Duties:

• Assist and back up the team leader in Shipping and Receiving.
• Reporting on the new-employee training process.
• Troubleshooting orders.
• Ensuring that all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
• Keeping various reports up to date.
• Ensure that departments are properly staffed and forward daily emails regarding productivity when the team leader is out.
• In charge of cycle counts and purchase-order discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; Salesforce; Sxe; TWL; RF Scanners; and Clippership.
• Extensive experience in shipping and receiving.
• Excellent team-building/motivational skills are also essential.
