Family owned bar/restaurant currently looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team at their location. High volume bar/restaurant situated on one of the main shopping and trafficked streets in Fox Valley.  Your responsibilities include training & recruitment, financial management of the business and employees, overseeing the service team, bartender and kitchen staff to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered, with a hands on approach.  This position will also ensure compliance with bar/restaurant standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, hiring, termination and retention of team members, and other duties as required or assigned.  Salary and benefits.
