Hospira, Inc. seeks Sr Analyst, Customer Relationship Mgmt (CRM) in Lake Forest, IL. Design, develop, deploy, and implement CRM systems & other technologies associated with commercial capabilities. Facilitate customer IT relationship. Improve adoption of new system capabilities. 40 hours/week. 5% travel. Requires: Bachelor’s in Comp Engrg, Comp Sci, or related & 7 yrs exp in dsgn, bus analysis, & syst validation of com bus apps. Work exp must incl 2 yrs of Salesforce.com implemt & admin exp.
