E-Commerce Marketing Manager

The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementation of Abt's marketing direction and developing strategies for growth. This individual will guide customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns and act as a liaison between Abt and our corporate partners.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
  • Lead email marketing initiatives including continual optimization of email marketing strategy, platform, and related processes to activate and retain existing customers.
  • Define, adjust, and execute communication strategies for key customer segments at all lifecycle stages.
  • Develop and strengthen CRM strategy to leverage insights and provide targeted marketing approach.
  • Activation of promotional real estate through the site, drive optimization to improve conversion, category penetration, and average order value.
  • Actively manage vendor relationships, provide guidance on marketing efforts and build mutually beneficial marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets and editorial calendars to guide promotional and holiday cadence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing techniques, site improvements, and increase customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Retail experience prefered.
  • Proficient with Google analytics.
  • Creative and analytical thinker.
  • 4+ years experience of online and direct response marketing. Preferably in a B to C role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing campaigns and CRM efforts.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, email best practices, and marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and creative thinking.
  • A solid understanding of CAN-SPAM requirements, HTML, email design best practices, and inbox deliverability.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong influencing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with multiple team members and cross-functional teams in a fast paced and hands on environment while utilizing excellent time management skills.
