Overview

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic technician who is open to international environments and willing to start a challenging position.

The candidate must have a technical background in industrial automation or similar (electric, electronics, control systems, engineering) as well as excellent customer service skills. This position involves travel in North and South America servicing machines and assisting in installations. Duties will include troubleshooting  and supporting our customers remotely from the office as well as on site. Our technician must be comfortable working in an international environment and will be collaborating closely with technicians at our Italian headquarter.

 

Requirements:

·         Technical education

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Knowledge of Microsoft Office

·         Ability to travel approximately 50% of the year, this position will include international travel

·         Authorized to work in the US

·         Knowledge in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical assemblies

·         Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams fluently

·        Understanding of and experience with PLC, servo motors, drives, motion control

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Previous experience in the printing industry (plus)

·         Spanish speaking (plus)
