Sr Analyst - Supply Chain Catalog Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create, adapt and maintain decision flow for each device category or SKU to ensure each item maximizes EBITDA. Drive decisions regarding the proper and appropriate manner in which Trade In and Edge devices will be monetized, and assure execution of those decisions.
- Research market conditions, needs of the business, potential financial impact, and customer-facing issues. Determine the best use of these devices for the benefit of VZW by reviewing forecasts and costs of alternative programs.
- Support with-in function/cross-function/cross-business unit creation of a strategic plan for key initiatives related to the Device Recycle program. Review, follow-up, and track key initiatives, providing analysis to determine success rate, ROI, and EBITDA.
- Design, develop and implement Device Recycle integration to all VZW front end systems to drive growth of the volume due to ease and simplicity of use.
Area and Senior Leadership Socialization
- Partner with Area and Region leadership to understand challenges and opportunities and adjust program strategy and execution as appropriate.
- Partner with Area and Region leadership to manage performance related to device quality, device handling and device standards to allow for feedback and improvement of performance.
Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain is required
- 5-7 years experience in a position managing supply chain, marketing, strategy, or finance is required
- LEAN, 6-Sigma, Supply Chain Management, or Financial certification preferred
- Telecommunications / Consumer goods / Technology business acumen is desired
- Experience with trade-in programs and device and accessory repurposing
- Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills required
- Strong analytical skills around business financials required
- Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint skills; Should be considered an expert in using Excel and Access
- Proven success working in a highly dynamic, deadline-driven environment across functional teams and geographies
- Aggressive self-starter, able to independently organize, prioritize, and execute multiple complex assignments and projects and deliver high-quality results
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and drive tactical execution.
- Strong communications and presentation skills to be able to interact with internal and external audiences at all levels
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent work relationships at all appropriate levels within and outside the company
- Strong track record of identifying and delivering creative opportunities to achieve business organization goals
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to engage and influence team and external partners
- Proven Project Management Experience
