Research Associate-Cancer Biology
Position Summary:
To plan and execute laboratory research, make accurate observations, record test results, and analyze data for an assigned Cancer Research Program.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Experience with molecular biology techniques such as DNA cloning and Westerns and would be desirable.
2. Handles small laboratory animals.
3. Analyzes data.
4. Assists in the preparation of grants and publications
5. Produces publication-proof quality research results.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Bachelor of Science in biological sciences with a minimum of 1-3 years relevant lab experience
2. Familiarity with a range of relevant research methodologies
