Postion Summary:

Primarily provides administrative clerical support to a clinical research office and its staff.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Files papers. Maintains and orders office supplies an xeroxes/faxes.
2. Enters data/maintains databases.
3. Schedules study appointments and procedures
4. Transports patients and specimens to procedures, etc.
5. Complies with established standards for clinical research practice
6. Participates in continuing education
7. Attends meetings, discussions and activities as deemed appropriate

Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:

1. High school diploma required. Some college coursework preferred
2. Must exhibit careful attention to detail
3. Good organizational skills, Good communication skills. Works effectively with other Computer literate
