LEAD SERVER

The Tower Club is a small yet prestigious private dining club located within the Civic Opera House. Club provides breakfast and lunch service, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. We seek a Lead Server with previous lead server/captain/supervisory experience (required), preferably in a hotel, private club, fine dining atmosphere.
Duties include working as an ala carte and banquet server, helping to run shift meetings and assisting with supervising and counseling the staff. Competitive pay rate for the right candidate.
