Marketing Assistant Manager - Testing and Optimization - (Job Number: 000B5E)
The Marketing Assistant Manager - Testing and Optimization will be involved in researching, testing and implementing new capabilities for Allstate.com and web related properties to improve consumer engagement and customer conversion through all distribution channels (agent, call center, and web). The scope of this position also includes being the key enterprise wide leader for multivariate and A/B testing new capabilities online and interfacing with internal and external teams as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the development and implementation of new online capabilities to be leveraged and tested within the multivariate testing practice across enterprise-wide web properties
- Providing guidance, expertise and communicating business requirements to vendors and internal technology partners to ensure deliverables meet business objectives
- Managing testing and development roadmap to ensure efficient and timely implementation of new capabilities
- Analyzing testing results and other data to make specific recommendations on future capability development
- Monitoring and reporting on testing results and ensuring best practices from testing program are communicated throughout the organization
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure information flows between business teams and vendor for successful completion of projects
- Working closely with team members throughout the organization to launch testing initiatives and define A/B and MVT testing scenarios utilizing adaptive targeting
- Working closely with legal to ensure appropriateness and legality of new capabilities
- Working closely with measurement and analytics team to ensure new development is accounted for and properly reported within standard analytics reports
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in internet marketing
- Project management in a web environment to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Experience with website optimization through A/B and multivariate testing
- Proven ability to identify new online trends and manage implementing new solutions
- Strong organization skills
- Superior analytic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively with others cross functionally.
- Proven ability to respond and anticipate business changes.

- Bachelor's Degree
