The position is located in Northbrook, IL The purpose of the department is to provide accounting, reporting, analysis and processing for the investments purchased by Allstate. The Investment Operations Department offers a supportive, diverse, team based culture. We invest in our employees by offering many professional development opportunities. The scope of this job is to provide system support for the investment accounting application.

Position Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis, planning, testing and implementation of system releases.
- Provide daily customer support of the investment accounting system for equity, fixed income and derivative investments.
- System troubleshooting and resolution of systems issues.
- Completion of initial system balancing for statutory reporting process and related quarterly support activities.
- Special projects and assignments.

Experience Required:
5 plus years professional accounting experience. 3 to 5 years of investment related processing, accounting or reporting a plus. Exposure to project management methodology and system implementations a plus.
