Commercial Real Estate - Loan Associate

Job Description:	Analytical and underwriting position for bright and talented credit analysts and individuals who are motivated, reliable and interested in commercial real estate. Responsibilities: Analyze financial information of our borrowers, prospects and properties, including the preparation of income and expense analyses of investment and owner occupied real estate. Additional analysis of development/construction projects for land development, office, industrial, retail, residential and hospitality properties. Prepare and present detailed presentations to the bank's credit committees. Interact on behalf of the relationship managers and division head with the department's customers. Additional responsibilities include monitoring credits which are due for reviews, past due loans and overdrawn accounts. This individual will have frequent interaction with our partners and vendors for appraisals, title work and legal matters. This self starter will also have the opportunity to work on various projects within the commercial loan area. Qualifications: Detail oriented individual with solid financial/accounting aptitude. Must also be efficient with cooperative work habits, and quickly adjust to the fast pace of peak transaction periods and new business. Strong organizational skills and work ethic required. Motivated with an ability to work in a team structure and a willingness to expand into a future sales role is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. Excellent computer skills (i.e. word processing and spreadsheet applications). Four year college degree, finance or accounting preferred. Typical schedule 7:30 - 5:00, Monday thru Friday.
