We are a fast-paced, big family business, seeking a detail-oriented, hard working and reliable order shipping manager.

Requirements:

- Upbeat and friendly attitude
- Able to learn new programs and procedures quickly.
- Dedicated, punctual, energetic, hard working and mature.
- Be able to WORK RAPIDLY and ACCURATELY in a fast paced environment.
- Must be DETAIL ORIENTED, making sure each item is picked correctly in accurate quantities and great detail is followed during shipping for accuracy.
- Have good multi-tasking skills, time management skills, organization, communication, problem solving and follow-up skills.
- A self-starter approach, able to work well independently and as a member of a team.
- MUST have some experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and possess good Internet & basic typing skills.


Responsibilities Include:

- Picking, (gift-wrap), packaging and monitoring orders.
- Shipping and checking orders via UPS or USPS online.
- Receiving merchandise and stocking shelves.
- Some lifting required, maximum is about 35 lbs.


Knowledge of the following a plus:

- Experience with UPS and USPS including UPS WorldShip & Dazzle.
- Prior Experience in Order Picking & Packaging and/or shipping.
- Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Access, use and knowledge of various social networks including Facebook, Twitter and blogs.
