Strategic Account- Regional Account Manager, Dealer Lab
Allstate Dealer Services has an exceptional opportunity for a Strategic Account- Regional Account Manager position in the Northeast Region - New York/Chicago. In this vital role, you will be providing training and support as necessary under the guidelines set forth by Allstate for the Exclusive Auto Dealer Agencies within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency account development and management
- Correspondence to Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency dealer partners and assigned regions
- Planning and business plan preparation as it relates to territory and dealer accounts
- Training and development of all Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency associated dealership personnel
- Successfully seeking out new sales opportunities and grow current Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency client base
- Performing individual and group training related to Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency sales tracks and marketing elements
- Regional emails detailing successes, pressing issues and critical information to ADS/Allstate regional management
- Weekly contact reports that detail all dealer calls for that week
- Bi-monthly conference calls
- In conjunction with assigned Allstate Field Sales Leader, effectively communicate performance of Exclusive Auto Dealer Agency relating to established performance goals. and when requested, develop action plans to improve performance
- Seeking conversion opportunities to convert dealers to ADS products
Qualification
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years experience in and knowledge of assigned dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) and sales department
- Knowledge on all aspects of dealership operations including extensive product knowledge in VSC, Maintenance, Certified and GAP to support ADS product development
- Proven successful track record in industry
- P&C license is preferred
- BA or BS is preferred
- Travel 75% - 100%
