Zelda's Sweet Shoppe in Skokie is seeking a Bakery Manager to supervise our small to mid size production facility. Must have a culinary degree and a minimum of 3 years food management experience.
We are seeking an individual with excellent team leadership and organizational skills who wants to grow with an expanding company. Candidate must be enthusiastic, energetic with attention to detail. This is a hands on position.
Responsibilities include:
*Quality Control
*New Product Development
*Managing Food and Labor Costs
*Training of new team members
*Placing and receiving orders
*Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards
