Mariano s Fresh Market has opened our first store in Arlington Heights this past July with more to come.

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for working with the store management teams in hiring, training and employee relations issues. This means recruiting, interviewing and hiring candidates; providing training and coordinating level certifications and addressing employee relation issues. We are looking for someone experienced in Human Resources policies and practices in all aspects of the profession.

Experience in Human Resources policies and practices, including employee relations and recruiting in a retail environment.
