Requirements:

• Experience billing/collecting in a physical therapy office (not just general medical billing)
  
• Excellent people skills involving communication regarding money
  
• Excellent collection skills
  
• Exceptional problem solving skills
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
  
• Must be proficient in Medisoft as well as Excel, Word
  
• Takes direction well, shows proactive initiative, and understands the difference between the two.
  
• Contract renegotiation with insurance companies
  
• Excellent time management skills

Base pay and then percentage of collected monies paid out for salary.
