SIU Intelligence Analyst - (Job Number: 000AWU)
Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional opportunity for an SIU Intelligence Analyst in Northbrook, IL. In this vital role, candidates will need to recognize significant information in large volumes of data from claims offices in order to determine area of fraud within a territory. You will be searching through numerous types of databases and the Internet for relevant information. Candidates will be initiating and maintaining a professional relationship with Allstate SIU Management, SIU Field Personnel, representatives from other insurance carrier's anti-fraud teams, and law enforcement agencies. They will need to maintain a positive image and represent Allstate Insurance in a professional manner, as well as, make sound decisions related to the gathering and dissemination of researched information which includes applying Allstate Insurance business rules. Candidates will be actively participating in professional organizations and attend relevant conferences as requested. They will put forth the effort and initiative necessary to accomplish a job, independently initiates new research to expand the scope of an investigation where necessary, and maintain focus and effort even when working under ambiguous circumstances. Where necessary, candidates will need to appear before a jury and provide sworn testimony and defend a position on a given topic.

Qualification
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
At least 2+ years in an analytical role of an investigative nature.
Will need to quickly answer questions that require analytical thought.
Candidates must have strong software aptitude and intermediate computer skills.
Use Microsoft applications and database programs.
Use graphics and other analytical programs to produce professional briefing materials and court exhibits.
Able to learn new software programs in a short period of time
Candidates will need the ability to communicate with all levels of management and customers.
Effectively verbally communicates ideas to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
Briefs direct manager and department heads on the status of cases.
Makes professional presentations in an articulate manner to individuals inside and outside of Allstate.
Ability to multitask in order to maintain department workflow is required.
Candidates are open to constructive feedback and demonstrate initiative in developing skills needed to do the job well.
Excellent written communication skills.
