Senior Marketing Analyst - (Job Number: 000AY4)

The purpose of this department is to efficiently and effectively lead, manage, and execute innovative billing and payment operational processes, services, and products for our internal and external customers.
The scope of this job is
To manage the development of new or enhancement to existing billing and payment processes from ideation to implementation. This individual will assume the subject matter expert role to support the existing processes.
The position will be responsible for
  1. Identifying and documenting detailed business requirements to scope final deliverables and capabilities.
  2. Managing all internal approval processes and/or vendor relationships for the project.
  3. Developing measures of success, defining measurement plans, tracking performance, and making adjustments to improve.
  4. Managing project budgets.
  5. Managing the internal/external communications and training associated with the introduction of the project.
  6. Assisting in compliance issue resolution process.
  7. Tracking and reporting on billing and/or payment related trends and issues.

Qualification

Required Skills: (skills individual must bring to the job) and skill levels required:
- Beginner (has general understanding/knowledge)
- Intermediate (has good working knowledge/understanding)
- Advanced (is considered an expert)

The skills required are

  1. Intermediate to advance understanding of payment methods: checks, credit card, debit card, online banking, electronic bill presentment, etc.
  2. Intermediate to advance analytical and technical skills to include mathematical concepts for solving problems and preparing reports for analysis. Ability to leverage technical skills to solve team objectives.
  3. Advanced communication skills.
  4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Exposure to Microsoft Access.
  5. Intermediate to advance project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
Experience Required: (type of experience and number of years required)
3 or more years of property and casualty insurance experience preferred
3 or more years experience with payment related process/industry
Computer Proficiency: (computer skills needed to do the job)
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Exposure to Microsoft Access.
Education: College degree preferred
Major preference:
Finance/Banking or Insurance
Foreign Language Proficiency:
