Marketing Lead Consultant
- Develop and Manage new and existing consumer email contacts from conception to implementation and measurement in support of the overall Allstate email program
- Assist with overall program strategic planning
- Assist team with implementing new consumer preference capability as part of online service roadmap
- Strengthen "Test and Learn" approach to email campaigns
- Assist team with growing the population of email addresses and marketing opt-in's
- Help support the regional teams with email program facts and best practices
- Assist with KPI and metric reporting related to email address collection and outbound email contacts
- Develop test plans and help execute tests in support of quality assurance
- Identify reporting needs based on campaign objectives and accessibility requirements from different channels
- Partner with various business units including Claims, Emerging Business (EB), Allstate Financial, Agency/Direct Sales & Service, Marketing and Technology to support enterprise email objectives and efforts
- Work with internal Marketing partners to develop new creative concepts. Analyze and critique design/layout, messaging, call to action, response mechanisms, channel focus, etc
- Work with Allstate's Email Service Provider on a regular basis as part of the extended email program team
- Provide internal communication as needed to regions and distribution partners
- Assist all other programs with additional support related to consumer email: chairman team requests, email program questions, agent inquiries, and email related KPI and metrics

Qualification
- 5+ years experience in financial services and marketing
- 3+ years experience in email marketing
- Bachelors Degree; Business or Marketing
- Must be self-motivated, problem solver, positive team player with a can do attitude and have the ability to work independently
- Strong strategic planning skills with ability to design, implement, evaluate, and manage SPL programs. Have demonstrated track record of improving programs
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines; inherent sense of urgency/persistence needed
- Ability to conceptualize and evaluate new approaches based on best practices or previous experience
- Ability to analyze, critique and provide agency direction on creative concepts
- Strong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to present effectively
- Advanced experience using Microsoft suite
- Experience managing budgets
- Experience supporting multiple distribution/contact channels (e.g., agencies, call center, web) a plus
- Experience with campaign management tools and Responsys Interact a plus
- Experience managing vendors
