Workforce Consultant - (Job Number: 000AJY)
As part of the Allstate Technology and Operations (ATO) organization, the Workforce Consultant will partner in the development, implementation, and management of workforce processes and programs in the organization, including sourcing, performance management, and workforce planning, in support of a positive work environment that enables business objectives.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Create, design, and facilitate workforce (human capital) processes and programs
- Provide thought leadership to clients utilizing human capital best practices and identify opportunities to apply that thought leadership
- Synthesize and analyze data in ways that will enable and improve the effectiveness of the organization
- Run and continuously improve existing workforce programs and processes by bringing a lens of innovation and adapting to the changing organization needs
- Build partnerships
- Facilitate creation and delivery of discussions and training for business clients
