The Tower Club is a small yet prestigious private dining club located within the Civic Opera House. Club provides breakfast and lunch service, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. We seek on-call cooks with at least 2 years pantry experience in a fine dining atmosphere. Hotel/Club experience is a plus. Competitive pay rate for the right candidate.
