The position is posted for an attorney with 4-6 years experience negotiating and drafting bond transactions and/or other investment-related transactions. Skill set requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding of municipal bond transactions.
• Working knowledge of distressed securities refinancings.
• Understanding of investment-related transactions.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage large investment transactions.
• Legal knowledge of investment laws.
• General understanding of regulatory regime involving investments.

Qualification

• J.D. (Top 25% of class)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Licensed in Illinois
