Marketing Lead Consultant
The Integrated Marketing Communications Department leads the development of consumer communications that build Allstate brand consideration and preference, drive brand consistency and broaden the footprint across all media based on Allstate brand standards and guidelines.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skill-set necessary to manage the strategic planning, creative development and production of customer prospect communications. This position will have a focus on the development of Direct Response Television, Online Display/Paid Search Advertising, Direct Mail/Email, and Site Content for Allstate.com for the purposes of driving new customer acquisition via Allstate's Direct Channels (i.e. Call Center/Allstate.com).
This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing the planning and creative development of specific Direct Response Advertising (DRTV, Online Advertising, DM/Email, Content for Allstate.com) for internal Direct Marketing partners tasked with contributing to the profitable growth of Allstate's Direct Channel
- Collaborating with Agency/Internal Marketing partners on measurement and reporting of results for specific Direct Response programs, and then making optimization decisions based on in-market results as weighed against pre-established program goals
- Providing thought leadership and best practices for Allstate's DRTV and Online Display programs
- Analyzing/vetting new media/creative/technology resources for Online Advertising and DRTV verticals
- Managing Non-Working Production Budgets for Online Display Advertising and Direct Response Television business units
- Acting as liaison between Integrated Marketing Communications and Allstate.com Team for the purpose of integrating marketing content on Allstate.com

Qualification
Qualifications
- Focused experience in the planning and creative development of Direct Response Marketing Campaigns (specifically DRTV and Online Display Advertising)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use this knowledge to improve reporting and overall program performance
- Advanced project management skills and experience managing external creative/media agencies
- Strong communication skills-oral, written, and presentation
- Advanced relationship management skills and ability to work within a strong team environment
Experience Required
- Minimum of four to six years in Direct and/or Interactive Marketing
Computer Proficiency
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Education
- Undergraduate degree required/advanced degree is a plus
