• Manage Bank compliance, CRA and accounting functions (3 direct reports)
• Update and monitor Bank accounting and financial policies
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis
• Scan and report on industry and competitor news
• Prepare and manage audit committee and loan committee agendas and materials
• Review and implement new accounting pronouncements
• Oversee Bank regulatory compliance activities
• Oversee Bank community reinvestment investments and loans
• Manage Bank enterprise risk management process
• Monitor timely resolution of Bank's operational and IT audit issues
• Manage annual operating plan
• Manage monthly close process
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting processes

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• MBA a plus
• Minimum six-eight years of accounting experience
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Banking experience a plus
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
