Online Experience Analyst
The Online Sales and Service team is responsible for delivering a quality online experience for both our customers and prospective customers. This team provides strategic and creative support, development and execution of programs that drive direct business results and support customer retention.
This Online Experience Analyst role is primarily focused on analyzing and optimizing sales and service functionality to driving business results in a multi-channel organization.
High level job responsibilities include:
- Leading and conducting analysis for online business performance in order to present actionable insights globally and at the regional/state level
- Lead site replay metrics and identify consumer pain points within applications
- Lead online survey tool strategy and metrics
- Analyzing Web performance to optimize applications
- Serve as business liaison to the System Operations Committee

Qualification
- 3-5 years minimum of interactive experience, particularly in eCommerce applications
- Superior analytic skills
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively with others and communicate insights to leadership
- Proven ability to respond and anticipate business changes
- Strong project management in a Web environment
- Knowledge of Web Analytics tools
