Involves one or more of the following:

• Collect data as required by Best Practices, algorithms, and other tools provided by organization
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements according to Best Practices, algorithms, and other tools provided by organization, supporting quality and service level agreements
• Recognize data deficiencies and work to obtain missing information needed for new business, renewals, and endorsements for effective processing or referrals
• Communicate information to agencies, underwriters, managers, etc., as needed; answer inquiries related to risk eligibility utilizing algorithms and provide support in understanding, in order to ensure efficient process flow
• Document information consistent with Best Practices, in a timely manner
• Reviews processes to standards, offer analysis and strategic planning, and partners with others to improve results
  • Assists team members as requested in analyzing data for trends and potential opportunity areas
  • Assists team members to develop and implements strategies for improvement
  • Partners with others to resolve issues and improve results
• Performs other duties as assigned
