In this role you will perform the following functions: Implement tactical goals, benchmarks, and operational procedures for the team; ensure new technology and systems are properly utilized by the team for maximum efficiency; interact with customers who have complaints and issues; hire, monitor and lead sales team; ensure proper utilization of Human Resources within the team to include training, monitoring, and day-to-day operations; ensure proper coordination between mortgage consultants and HLA's; Ensure a quality system is in force within the sales team; and manage pilot objectives to maximize retention efforts.
* Minimum of three years of telesales experience required
* Minimum of two years of sales supervision experience required
* Minimum of three years of mortgage experience required
* Excellent sales skills
* Highly organized and good time management skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Work as a team player
* General managerial experience
* Demonstrated ability in providing superior customer service
* Demonstrated experience in providing coaching
* Strong attention to details skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
