The Assistant Internal Communications Manager completes project work and implements communication strategies within the Customer Experience and Innovation team. Tasks include writing and editing materials in support of project teams and executives; coordinating communication distribution; building relationships with internal audiences to convey the message; content management of intranet site, creating print and video products; planning, organizing and executing events..

This candidate will design and execute a customized workforce communications strategy to support achievement of customer experience and business goals. Foster understanding of business strategies and initiatives, and promote accountability and culture change among employee and agency audiences, ensuring consistent "one voice" messaging to all internal audiences. This candidate will successfully manage the tactics and tools that support workforce alignment communications.

Qualification

Experience Necessary:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three to five years of experience in Corporate Communications

Preferably, experience in the corporate environment.

Demonstrated strategic communication and writing skills are a must, and the ability to quickly learn a highly regulated industry.

Skills Necessary:

This individual will think strategically and be able to translate business objectives into integrated communication strategies and tactics that will drive business performance.

This person will possess excellent oral and written communication skills to deliver effective presentations and written materials.
