Job Description:

APC is seeking a Program Analyst for a position in Chicago, IL.

Job Summary:

The Program Analyst will provide PMO support to the Process and Tools initiatives. This includes organizing and facilitating process and tools meetings; manage, report and track status (deliverable and budget status); and internal team processes.

The day-to-day functions of the position include:

- Manage internal Program Control Processes (Time Tracking, Task Tracking, Resource Tracking, etc.)

- Organize and facilitate P&T Meetings i.e. Weekly meetings

- Organize and facilitate program events

- Execute roll on /roll off process

- Manage Program Administration folder on SharePoint

- Receive, compile and send weekly status reports

- Manage and track contractor time and expenses

Relationships:

The Program Analyst reports to the Program Manager

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

• Three or more years administrative/office support experience

Three or more years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

High School Degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of program support and coordination

Program management skills

Account management or billing knowledge

Proficient in MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Word)

Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
