Candidate will work closely with the Asset Management client advisors to provide a high level mortgage service to their wealth clients. Coordinate the residential mortgage application process. Ensure the transaction adheres to all lending regulations and policies. Prepare complete loan documentation packages, schedule closings and fund the transaction.

? Performs basic data entry

? Logs incoming work

? Sorts, files and distributes work, including electroninc files, if applicable

? Reviews incoming documentation/work files

? Scans documents

? Uploads/downloads information to/from systems

? Operates routine equipment

? Processes/reviews transactions

? Conducts basic research

Qualifications

3 years knowledge of mortgage loan documentation.

Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent attendance and punctuality, team player.
