Qualified Candidates will meet or exceed the folllowing:

* Three years professional experience in analyzing and assessing information security requirements and solutions

* CISSP certification is highly desirable, Security also desirable.

* Possess a strong working knowledge of DIACAP and DoD IA controls and the EITDR system--be able to assess network/system compliance

* Understand IT/LEAN SISSU processes and IT system validation procedures

* Valilidate the security posture of a target of evaluation.

* Assess a network's or system's usage and management of ports, protocols, and services (PPS).

* Examine and evaluate system security architecture documentation to verify the technical configuration of IA/IP capabilities, security measures and procedures and countermeasures application

* Know applicable reports and products required by DIACAP and IT/LEAN/SISSU processes.

* Perform IAAP assessments and staff assistance visits IAW AF Policy. Review, and assess IA and security related processes, identify problems, assist in resolving problems, and recommend solutions.

* Review, Update, and Recommend National, DoD and AF Security Policy

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
