20% Initiating - recognizing that a solution or technical need is identified and commit to do solutioning

25% Planning - devising and maintaining a workable architecture or technical solution to address the business need that the project was undertaken to address

20% Executing - coordinating people and other resources to develop the solution and provide a commercial model for the solution or architecture.

30% Technical leadership to the service lines and other subject matter technical staff on the account or within Capgemini and the customer.

Knowledge 10+ years of technical solutions and architecture in at least one major It infrastructure discipline. Cetifications in any area of expertise a plus.

5+ years within the Information Technology industry

5+ years specific to Infrastructure administration and Management

1-3 years experience with project management skills and process development.

experience and understanding in methodolgies such as ITIL, ITSM, TOGAF, IAF.

Management Skill Manages at the project level and provides guidance for account and customers on technical projects, design and implementation and support of account based strategy.

Manages effort/requirements of technical scoping of projects.

Designs cost models, and commercial implications and constructs for technical solutions.

Provides technical leadership to account delivery teams, as well as customer business leaders.

Identify and define standards, deliverables, work products, and project procedures. Prepare plans at the task level and develop an organization structure for the project Identify resource requirements in terms of personnel, hardware, software, and facilities.

Given a business requirement, locate and apply appropriate previously developed project outputs to meet the business and output requirements of a new project.

Given issues that adversely impact the success of a project , negotiate appropriate resolutions that help to ensure the attainment of project success.

Given a client, develop and maintain client relationships, resulting in positive client satisfaction.

Interaction- Demonstrates ability to communicate clear and concrete project information to project members.

Primarily interacts with project team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Maintains regular contact with Service Delivery and / or Account Manager regarding status, issues and risks.

Maintains regular contact with client stakeholders regarding status and issues.

Maintains regular contact with client and internal management regarding project status.

Maintains regular contact with functional leaders. Uses persuasion and influence to work toward resolution.

Complexity/Problem Solving-Given one or more business requirements, create the structures of a solution which can be validated to meet those requirements

Assess the variance between the current and desired states of the Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information Architecture and Technology Architecture domains. Express the gap in terms of industry standards, alignment with business objectives, best practices, and strategy/tactical significance. Analyze the use of available assets (frameworks, reference architectures, etc.) to bridge the gap between the as-is architecture and the to-be architecture.

Define and document the actions needed to close architecture gaps in support of business objectives. Coordinate with Project Management Office processes. Quantify costs, risks and benefits associated with architecture transition initiatives. Establish timelines, milestones, ownership and metrics for managing the transition plan.
