ATS has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant.

Responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating training activities, to include scheduling facilitators, posting courses on the intranet, capturing enrollment and evaluations, assisting facilitators with logistics

* Analyzing training course evaluations to determine value of courses; proposing training calendar based on evaluations and needs of employees

* Assisting Multi-Skilled Training Program applicants with enrollment process; act as an ATS liaison with the program's students and faculty

* Scheduling development planning sessions for Managers

* Entering talent management data into proprietary software

* Performing various administrative tasks to support the safety, training, and talent management departments, all falling under the Human Resources Department

High School Diploma GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred

*

2 years of experience in a related field or Human Resources experience preferred

*

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

*

High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

*

Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously
