* Interact & build successful relationships with senior management
* Full life-cycle recruiting
* 5+ years Executive/Corporate recruiting experience required
* Excellent selection, negotiation, communication & process management skills
* Sense of urgency & able to work in fast paced, challenging environment
* Bachelor's degree required
