The Test Architect 2 provides technical direction, internal and external testing consultancy and senior management support. The Test Architect 2 oversees and coordinates the end-to-end assurance and testing life cycle - particularly on large projects/programs or services. The Test Architect 2 will show clear dedication and commitment to individual business objectives and responsibility to the group as a whole. The Test Architect 2 will operate with no supervision in complex environments taking responsibility for a substantial aspect of Capgemini activity and will manage last minute changes calmly & professionally. The Test Architect 2 will actively promote the group's image capability and resources to the external environment. The Test Architect 2 will generate innovative solutions for delivering services and introduce new tools and technology to support this.

* Responsible for ensuring the delivery of the service or ensuring the technical solution meets contract specifications.
* Team lead software team and associated service level agreements to ensure client requirements are met.
* Coordinate and monitor the work of the service delivery service lines to resolve any problems with delivery of services to the client; and work to develop services that enhance the value of the company to the client.
* Represent the "independent" third party for Capgemini with respect to service delivery to our client - balancing the internal Capgemini Service Line requirements to reduce costs, the account management requirement to grow the client relationship and the Capgemini requirement to deliver to our contractual requirements.
* Technical Architect - telephony architecture and direction for on-going integrated BPO technology projects.
* Tools and enablement support.
* Creation of appropriate product literature and value proposition Specialized/Practical Knowledge-Experience in architecting and deploying BPO technologies
* Management Skill-Effective documentation and communication of BPO solutions and articulating value proposition
* Interaction-Regular contact with Engagement Managers and Solutions Leads Accountability-Directly responsible for technology deliverables for BPO
