We have a great opportunity for you! We are looking to hire a highly proficient Full Time News Photographer for WICD NewsChannel 15 in Champaign, Il.
Responsibilities: shoot news, weather and sports stories; edit, set up live shots, and perform other duties as assigned. Our photographers need to be able to shoot and edit videotape under extreme deadline pressure. This position requires maintaining equipment and vehicle as assigned by the Chief Photographer.
Requirements: We have DVC Pro cameras and AVID editing. Experience with this equipment, along with microwave van operation, is a plus. A minimum of one year television photography experience, which includes shooting and editing daily news stories, is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving history.
