Business Office Manager
Business Office Manager
As a Business Office Manager you will enjoy a friendly and professional work environment with the opportunity to build a career being a part of a forward thinking, innovative company which provides a substantial client base with which to work.
Responsibilities:
* Direct management and supervision of the Business office and all billing and payroll processes within the department.
* Monitoring efficiency levels within the business unit.
* Assuring prudent financial resource utilization.
* Assists in developing and implementing annual budget.
* Assists in performing orientation for all new employees.
Requirements:
* Minimum of one year of recent of management experience required (other considerations will be made based on non-management experience and desire to excel).
* Knowledge of Payroll processing and office management required.
* Associate's Degree preferred (will provide specific training).
* Computer skills with Microsoft programs as well as specialized software.
* Ability to multitask.
* Positive attitude and flexibility are essential.
