Rotational Development Program- Entry-Level Opportunity

In the Rotational Development Program (RDP), you will have the opportunity to rotate through several positions within Allstate Technology spending six to nine months in each role before transitioning to your assignment. At the end of the program, leadership will work with you to determine your optimal placement for the longer term.

Areas that an RDP employee can rotates through are:

Project Manager

Architect

Application Developer

Business Analyst

Quality Control Analyst

Data Warehouse Developer
